Vintage Label Art are paper labels that have been used since the early 1880s. They were introduced to America by European artists, and this printing process became known as lithography. This was one of the first forms of commercial art.
This French ad is for “conserves” which is food that has been preserved in cans or bottles. This would be a fun shirt to wear while cooking for guests. This jolly fellow with a big “le soleil” or sun on his belly and his arms holding pretty cans and bottles of food would set the tone for everyone to have a good time!

Ordered the Irish terrier t shirt. I love it! There was a slight issue with sizing ( my fault) but their customer service was amazing. New t shirt within 5 days. I recommend getting 1 to 2 sizes bigger. I am wearing Men's size large.
