Original and vintage billboard "Le chat noir", The Black Cat was a famous cabaret in Montmartre in Paris, founded in November 1881 by Rodolphe Salis, who was also responsible for the weekly magazine of the same name. A spree, the Goguette Black Cat, met in the cabaret.
