So excited to have this banner for my son when he got home. I even did expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. It did not arrive on time. They had just finished making it the day it was planned to arrive. No contact saying the banner would arrive late. When I contacted them they offered to refund shipping. That’s it!!! Not good customer service. .
