The Latin words of consecration of the most Holy Eucharist: "HOC EST CORPUS MEUM" over the bread, and over the wine "HIC EST CALIX SANGUINIS MEI, NOVI ET AETERNI TESTAMENTI: MYSTERIUM FIDEI: QUI PRO VOBIS ET PRO MULTIS EFFUNDETUR IN REMISSIONEM PECCATORUM". This translates to "For this is my body" and "For this is the chalice of My blood, of the new and eternal testament: the mystery of faith: which will be shed for you and for many unto the remission of sins." These are taken from the Traditional Latin Mass (Extraordinary Form).
