King Charles I Magnet
King Charles I of England and Scotland inherited the throne from his father King James. He wasn't supposed to be King, he was a second son. But his older broher Henry died aged 18, and Charles became heir instead.
Ultimately he didn't do a very good job. He was executed in 1649, and for a time England was ruled by Oliver Cromwell.
