Keep Calm and Snuggle With Your Puggle Mug

I originally ordered this mug weeks before I needed it to ensure it would arrive on time with the holidays and potentially nasty winter weather. It arrived early and I was so happy when I got it! However, as I unwrapped the bubble wrap it fell to the floor and shattered. I immediately re-ordered the mug and contacted customer service to find out if there was any way of expediting the processing and shipping to ensure that it arrived before the birthday I needed it for. They were so helpful and the mug arrived 4 days after I placed the order. My boyfriend loves the mug and has deemed it the "Puggle Muggle". I love the design of the product, the colors showed up very well and clear! The only complaint I have is that when the product is online the graphic is on the front center of the cup, if you move the design to one of the sides as I did there is not a way of knowing if it is centered on that side, just vertically. There may be a way to do this that I just did not see. Manually moving the graphic made me nervous as I wasn't sure exactly where it would print and if it would look right. It turned out great though, even if it was a bit off-center.

Exactly as advertised. Amazed by the fast delivery, within a week and to my door, how easy is that ! Packaging secure and safe. Product as seen on website. Everything perfect. This first time customer will be back ! Purchased one for me and two as gifts. Product Perfect. Colour perfect too.
