Kandinsky Succession Luggage Tag

Who would have guessed 20 years ago that someday, anyone could just wake up with a crazy idea like 'I want a luggage tag with a Kandinsky print on it!' and it would actually HAPPEN. It's pretty amazing this is reality now, and that ideas are so easily (at least for the buyer!) translated into reality with true professional quality. Even the lazy and uncreative among us can banish the generic and pedestrian from every corner of our stuff universe. No doubt unobservant fools will still be walking off with our bags, but there are some conditions even art can't cure. :) re the actual item, I especially like that it's hard case all around, no flexible back with edges that end up caught on things and peeling away. This will definitely last longer than a standard tag. Greens and purples in the image especially stand out and show very clearly how much the look of a real painting is captured, without the cartoonish feel of a lot of inexpensive reproductions. Needs a little more blue in the blue, but overall excellent. I really like how the sense of paint comes through, gives the impression of multiple steps in the printing, and some care taken.

I was happy with the acrylic tag but it came with a thin leather strap to attach the tag to luggage (like a cat collar). I replaced the strap with a metal ring off of a key ring as the leather strap would come undone or break easily as luggage is sometimes handled without much care by airlines. Printing is great. Colours and positioning of the design I put on the tag were perfect. Very pleased.
