I contacted Customer Service about the quality of the pillow. While nice, it left a lot to be desired. It arrived unzipped and was difficult to stuff the pillow in the case. The material was not up to Zazzle par. The colors were somewhat faded. I kept it since my Daughter's Baby Shower was two days away. Somewhat faded. Zazzle printing is usually sharp. Not this one.

It looks exactly like the picture and is printed on both sides! It's a big, fluffy cushion insert and easy to remove for cleaning. I'm really happy with the overall product and the speed in which it arrived. I'd absolutely buy again from this seller. The colours, text and size all look exactly as in the preview. I'm really happy with it!
