Gratitude journals are a powerful tool that we often don't think. The energy of gratitude has an alchemical influence in our lives - shifting us into an entirely different vibration. And we can all have gratitude - even when and most importantly when we find ourselves at our darkest place. Oprah has spoken of it often, as have many great positive influencers of our time. I've featured the theme of gratitude in many of my blogs, NatureLog, at https://www.eyes4nature.com/blog/category/gratitude. It has been a powerful catalyst in my own life. A journal can also be a place of quiet reflection, vision creation, an outlet for any of our creativity - we all have it! - that's begging to come out. A gift of a journal to yourself, a friend, and/or to your loved ones is a true gift of love.
