Poster inspired by a beautiful painting by John William Waterhouse (Juliet, 1898). Waterhouse loved literary themes, so, of course, the young girl in this painting is Juliet Capulet, the female protagonist from Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet. Juliet is depicted outdoors in Verona, close to a canal, and she's wearing a gold headband and a white renaissance dress with red sleeves. She seems to be standing still, deep in contemplation, only touching her blue bead necklace.
Please note that the poster is already at maximum size (21.77" x 32.65") and shouldn't be made any larger (to preserve image quality). To change size, I recommend choosing Small or Extra Small, these options will keep the proportions as before. If you would like to add a standard frame, the poster size 19" x 13" would be an easy choice, there will be very little cropping. I would also like to mention that you can easily remove text and borders from the picture.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
