Ancient Russian icon of Jesus Christ Pantocrator (ruler of the Universe) in the Byzntine / Greek style. A classic Eastern Orthodox theme. The most common translation of Pantocrator is "almighty" or "all-powerful". Painted on a wooden panel with gold leaf. His hand in benediction, holding the Gospel (in cyrillic). His name is written on each side of the halo, as IC and XC On journals, shirts, key rings, charms, pillows, etc. For some reason, the notebook/journal is very popular.

Turned this into a lockdown activity with my partner for our anniversary. I got the 110 pieces since neither of us are big on puzzles. It's was just one of the nice little fun activities we did together. Probably took 30 minutes all up. We're gona frame it and keep it as a memory. The quality of the print was fine. Our teeth look like they stick out a bit just due to the the shape of the pieces around our teeth. But no problems.
