The image shows the type of pottery known to have been used by Austen at Chawton Cottage -- though her exact pattern is unknown, she wrote that it did feature woodland leaves. I love these plates! And they really are perfect for a Picnic in the Park with your favorite pup. I just put a hamper together ....Picnic for 3....2 Gulliver's plates, 1 matching dog bowl plus linens and a bottle of wine! Just need to add a baguette, some artisanal cheeses and some fruit and we're ready to go! Oh, and of course, the dog biscuits! Bone Appetit! Perfection.....and totally consistent in color to my first order! Bravo Zazzle!
