Pre order, the website is relatively helpful, however, once purchased, absolutely no service or help! Order took 12 days to arrive, when I enquired about possibly tracking the invitations, so I could make a decision on an alternative, I was brushed off and dismissed. When the invitations finally arrived, they looked cheap. The cross on the front is just printed on, in some ridiculous 3d form... it is certainly not embossed as it states! It was my first born childs Christening and I felt so embarassed of these cards, that I had no other choice but to hand out. I have never written a review before, but so upset, I found the time for this! Disappointed! Dont make the same mistake. ...In one word 'cheap'
