InterPlay Lift: Take off and get the big view from play. InterPlay is a 25-year-old improvisational system which is about playing with movement, voice, stillness, and story making. It is about refreshing soul, finding amusement, and retrieving wisdom of our body. I am thankful to InterPlay co-founders Phil Porter and Cynthia Winton-Henry for these techniques that unite the body, mind, heart, and spirit. I created the "InterPlay Lift" image for a Friday night play session I teach in my town of Decatur, Georgia. I hope you will find time to play and get the big view of your life. The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
