This is a response to a clueless NYT opinion piece about science bloggers. Writer Virginia Heffernan's "Unnatural Science" misses the point completely about why many bloggers at ScienceBlogs left in the wake of the Pepsigate mess. The most hilarious line in the piece, IMHO, is "was nonplussed by the high dudgeon of the so-called SciBlings." This is my own little show of solidarity with my fellow science bloggers. Really, the phrase is too hilarious not to have a bumper sticker.
