The seal includes a nasty-looking vulture in flight along with text reading, "ILLINOIS STATE POLITICIANS PRISON" and "SIC SEMPER FURES" (thus always to thieves." Customise by adding your prisoner number or other text below the seal, and more text on the pocket. You may change the orange to another colour.
