This design is from my original acrylic painting, "Lakeside in Winter." I could almost feel the cold bite of a midwinter's day, as I worked on this painting of a lake ringed with frosty trees. The piece is rendered in the soft colours of early morning, so it has a very tranquil quality... even if it does chill the tips of your ears a bit!
