Nice coffee mug. Nothing unexpected. The printing is just the tiniest bit blurred on one side; not enough to make it unreadable, just not quite perfect. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but rather than returning it we just decided to keep this one for ourselves--it's fine, just not quite perfect--and order another one to give at Christmas. And really, if the printing had been that tiny bit blurred on BOTH sides so that there was no contrast between perfect and almost-perfect we probably wouldn't even have noticed a problem
