This is a great ornament for my grandsons. I’m sure they will get a kick out of it. I had an issue with the back of the ornaments. I called customer service and they immediately corrected the issue and sent me new ornaments. Excellent customer service team to work with. The printing is of course, customized. I told the customer service member exactly what I wanted, and she was able to send me a file to review and confirm it is what I expected. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a personalized experience.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
