The quality of the mug is very nice. The 15 oz is a good size and the handle is nice and large and it feels sturdy overall. The first mug I received, the printing was clear and correct, but not centered correctly on the mug. After an email to customer service, they let me reorder the mug and I rearranged the spacing to the best of my ability. The second mug I received was very much better and the printing was great. Overall, a good customer service experience along with a quality product.

So personal and very much a product of today's market. I personally purchased the Mug for myself to stop others from taking it LOL 😆 However this would make the perfect personalised gift for anyone - I am thinking Work Christmas gift etc I like my coffee so I only wish the mug was slightly bigger. The Avatar I choose came out PERFECTLY it really does look spot on.
