It's a cheeky nod to Tyrion, but the thing is, you are seeing things: there are no dots flashing black and white, the dots are only white and perfectly immobile. You may edit or delete the slogan / captions (but if you do, please remember to also delete the two lines crossing the 'O' in the 'That's What I Do' line). It is a fascinating visual illusion (and it nearly killed us design it, we still see flashing dots...), and it makes this design seem alive and pulsating with weird energy.
