First this item says it was running late, then it says it was delivered, the problem is - I never received it. I ordered another package from here, just before this one (or just after), I GOT that package! The other package, that I ordered the same day, has a label that says "delivered on Dec 24". THIS order doesn't have a line saying it was delivered!
The shipping info (131-59890223-0851058) says it was delivered, but it never was. I'm not sure what to do now. I can't find a link for "contact us" and I don't see any phone number! I REALLY want that item, I DO NOT want a refund! No idea! I never received it.
