The message is simple, "Help Protect Our Wilderness Citizens". The photograph was taken while dozens of Bald Eagles were hunting on the ocean front near the mouth of a river in Prince Rupert. The Herring were running and the Eagles were flying. This dramatic symbiotic relationship has thrilled people for generations and is exciting to witness. (For the Herrings... not so much :))
