Hung Gar Kung-Fu is a Southern Shaolin kung fu style which is a combination of tiger and crane techniques. As with every Chinese martial arts it is very much influenced by ancient Chinese philosophies of the I Ching (Book of Changes) an example of which is Yin (soft power) and Yang (hard power). Thus the tiger represents hard power and the crane soft power. It is a very popular Chinese martial art not only in China but also internationally.

Has heft and feel of expensive stainless steel quartz wrist watches. Solid construction and good looks. Although it had a really top quality rubber strap, I substituted a stainless steel "Shark" style mesh strap, which I think is the most comfortable strap available. Perfect. True colors of original image. Clear, crisp image precisely aligned and spaced.
