Ok, the mug was great, quality was great, I am collecting these housemouse mugs, butttt
I placed two orders for 2 different mugs. They sent me two identical. They would not take
my word for it. I had to take a picture and prove to them, then they sent the correct mug.
This is the second time I have had problems with the correct item. I think Zazzle is great.
I love their products, but I think customer service, even tho very polite, should not have
put me thru proving they had a wrong pick and ship. These mugs are great. I must have 15 Zazzle mugs. Never disappointed in the quality of the mugs.

Overall I am satisfied since I love the housemouses. The fact that the clear glass cups were not available was a little discouraging but will orders some if or when they are available. The size is good for using the keurig coffee maker. Also would like to have glasses made available to go with my mugs! They needed to be darker or the colors brighter. Your pictures of the product seemed better than what I received. Slight disappointment upon receipt but not enough to send them back since I got them for half price.
