Place house pattern over the 4 layers of 2 ironing board and 2 Insul Bright inside panels, centred, and sew a stitch line around the outer edge of the house paper pattern. Trim to 1/4" to 1/2" around the stitch line. Next align pocket panel, with top edge turned under twice, over house outer solid or design fabric, in case you need to align the repeat elements in the fabric panels. Pin at bottom corners and sides to hold together. You may want to make another see through house pattern, by placing clear vinyl or a sheet protector page over the house pattern - this helps with aligning your designs in your fabric, for repeat print designs. Place house potholder panel paper pattern over the pinned pocket over house design fabric panels, centre and align where need be, and pin down the pattern all around near the outer edge, 3 pins near angle corners on each side, near the "eaves" and "facia board" angles at the top. Sew around outer edge of paper house panel pattern, to make a stitch line pattern, like you did with the foundation pieces, the ironing board and batting panels joined. To join the foundation ironing board and batting panels to the front fabric panels: Face the best look ironing board fabric side facing up, face the solid or print design house fabric panel(s), with or without pocket, facing down on top of ironing board house and batting panels, aligning the stitch lines. Here's the pinning trick - Pin through the top of the angled roof, but not all the way. Pin the eaves and facia board corner angles, then pin along angled roof lines towards top angle roof at the top, then finishing pinning the top angle roof. Then pin vertical sides and bottom stitch lines together, leaving an opening at the bottom for your hand to pull out the piece later. Also note, please leave an opening at the top of the "roof" area, around where the 2 dots are shown on the printable sheet, 1-2" wide, enough for you to tuck and pin in place the folded hanging loop strip, when you get the sewing the front house fabric panel and optional pocket to the ironing board and batting panels. sew the panels together, leaving an opening on the top left side (top right when turned inside out). So, when you turn the piece inside out, there will be an opening for the hang loop to be tucked in, and pinned. Please try to keep it as vertically straight as possible. Use the vertical side of the potholder as a guide for keeping it straight. Sew over outer stitch line edge house panel pattern, leaving an opening at the bottom, along the "foundation" horizontal line - you will turn your panel piece inside out to finish it later. Please note, back stitch on both sides of every angle 2-3 times, this will hold the panels together, and it will also allow for nice, clean finished angles, when turned inside out. Trim close to the backstitched corner, close, so there is not a lot of bulk seams inside when turned out. Cut into inner and outer corners at 45 degrees, removing excess fabric at corners. Turn piece out, use dull instrument to push out the seams along top angled corners, start with top roof angle, and then work down to the eaves and facia board corners, then down to the bottom corners. Fold in and close the opening shut, pin. Then sew an outer stitch line near edge all the way around the edge of the potholder. You are finished! Thank you! I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning! The print is precise, clear and of an excellent standard. It was cleverly packaged so there wasn’t a blemish or crease. Perfect!
