A nautical maritime image with a building and lighthouse on the beach at Honfleur. About the artist: Georges-Pierre Seurat (1859-1891) altered the direction of modern art by initiating the Neo impressionism movement. The Pointillism technique is often mentioned, because it was the dominant technique in the beginning.
