Horse Rider Against the Sunset in the Wild West Tea Towel

This design features a painting of the American Old West by Frederic Remington (1861–1909). A member of the second generation of Hudson River School artists, Remington's works are known for depicting the Western United States in the last quarter of the 19th-century, featuring such images as cowboys, Native Americans and the United States Cavalry. This image shows a cowboy riding his horse at a fast gallop through a grassy desert landscape. The entire sky behind him is red and orange because of a sunset. It's a beautifully atmospheric image of adventure and heroism.
