Honu Sea Turtle Hawaiian Tapa -Orange Beach Towel
Papaya, orange, magenta and violet colorway. Ancient Samoan tapas are the inspiration for this primitive honu (turtle) design used in the Polynesian & Hawaiian cultures. These types of designs were often printed on aloha shirts & pareaus for traditional hula dancers. We took our turtle, distressed him, as he would appear when printed on tapa cloth, and allowed him to swim allover the ocean with his many friends. This pattern is featured on men’s neckties, bandanas, phone cases, laptop sleeves, home furnishings and more.

Great quality and colour was a true match. Printing was a little off-set at one side. If I had my time again I will try doing it on the big computer and not the iPad, that may help with the accuracy of placement.
