Honu Sea Turtle Hawaiian Aloha - Lavender Tie
Lavender, light turquoise, silver and ecru colorway. Ancient Samoan tapas are the inspiration for this primitive honu (turtle) design used in the Polynesian & Hawaiian cultures. These types of designs were often printed on aloha shirts & pareaus for traditional hula dancers. We took our turtle, distressed him, as he would appear when printed on tapa cloth, and allowed him to swim allover the ocean with his many friends. This pattern is featured on mens’s neckties, bandanas, phone cases, laptop sleeves, home furnishings and more.

I originally ordered 1 tie to test and ensure I liked it with the suits we had ordered! The tie came and it was perfect! We loved it! The colours were bright and the tie was beautifully made. I then ordered the 6 additional ties and the colours are slightly different. The 6 ties were a little less vibrant and the white background was slightly different!
