These cards and prints are perfect for realtors, lenders, closing gifts, house-warming invitations, home announcements, and moving announcements. All designs featured in my shop are created using original watercolor paintings. You can customise the text, font, colour, and sizing of on all items. If you would like a product to feature a custom home, you must first order a watercolor pet portrait. Please see my pricing and size options at carolineduran.com or contact me for a quote. My portraits take 3 weeks to complete, and your Zazzle product creation/shipment will have it's own additional time-frame. I recommend starting the process at least two months in advance from the time of your event. I have a $50.00 rush fee that guarantees you will receive your product link(s) and that your portrait will be shipped in one week. This rush option is only available if I do not have a waitlist and time permits. If you are on a time-crunch and would like to see if I have a design that looks similar to your dog/cat breed, send a picture of your pet to carolineduranart@outlook.com. Working from a detailed, clear, well-lit, and true to colour photo provided, I will draw and paint your pet with watercolor. My smallest portrait size available is 5 x 7 in. Once your custom watercolor portrait is created, I scan and digitally edit your portrait in Photoshop. From there, your physical portrait is shipped to you via USPS, and I create a high-quality digital rendering of your portrait which is sent to you via email ($15.00 editing/file fee). Your digital portrait can placed as a Zazzle design in my shop, free of excess charge on the product of your choosing. From there, you can order your product directly from Zazzle! As an artist, I recommend Zazzle because I know they create high-quality products and their platform is extremely user-friendly. Please note, I am not responsible for the quality of any items ordered or the time-frame as I am the designer, not the maker. Please contact the Zazzle maker or Zazzle customer service with any concerns pertaining to your product/order. Napkin shipping times and prices vary and are separate/ordered through the Zazzle maker, Taylor Strategic Accounts. If you would like to place a custom order, please send pictures of the home to carolineduranart@outlook.com. Photos must be clear, well-lit, true to colour, and close up to the face area. Good reference photos lead to the best portraits! Once I receive the photos and we discuss your sizing preference, I will send a final quote for the watercolor portrait via email or text.
