Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Icon - Three Angels Postcard
A design featuring the traditional icon of the Holy Trinity, depicting the Three Angels who appeared to Abraham at Mamre - one of the most revered images in Russian Orthodox iconography (Andrei Rublev's 15th-century "The Trinity" or "Hospitality of Abraham"). Rooted in the bible story of Genesis 18, this icon represents the Trinity through the visit of three heavenly visitors, seated together at Abraham's table.
This design honours a centuries-old tradition of sacred art, cherished across Eastern Orthodox and Eastern Catholic Church communities, as well as Christians more broadly who value classical religious iconography. A meaningful postcard for anyone drawn to icon art, Orthodox tradition, or the deeper symbolism of the Trinity in Scripture. I did a minor amount of digital restoration on the image.
