The pillow shipped quickly. The material seems sturdy. All of the ones I ordered with this design have been about 15 1/4" rather than 16". The printing matched what was shown on the screen exactly.

Being able to customize the pillow is great! I customized both the background color and the layout. Just remember to customize the back of it too! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the overall dimensions came out as 15 1/4 rather than 16". The printing layout matched exactly. The background color I received is a little darker than the color shown on their color chart when ordering. I also ordered a dark red which seemed to match the chart.
