This is my Finnish grandmother's recipe for Panukakku (also known as Kropsua) that has stood the test of time as a family favourite. OR... you can insert the recipe card inside your own folded Christmas greeting card as an extra little gift. Personalise with a holiday greeting and your personal or family name. On back of the card, I've included a "notes" section for hand-writing a longer holiday greeting... or comments and changes you make for the recipe itself. Good quality but I was disappointed as I thought I was buying a proper card, not a postcard. Hence it is useless to me. It was called a flat card, which I thought meant a card! .
