My friend DS asked me to make a non-sectarian Holiday Card, using a Southwestern US themed scene, since he lives in Las Vegas, NV, and many of his friends are from the Southwestern area of the US. So, one sunny day, I was hiking in Mesa, AZ, and I experienced the beauty of the Red Mountain and the desert plants! It was breathtaking! I had the feeling that I had to paint that scene, so it would forever be engraved in my memory, and that the blissful feeling would be everlasting! I hope that everyone who sees this image and has this card may likewise feel this blissful warm feeling in their hearts...

My grandson liked the card. Your cards are always great quality. I enjoyed being able to use a photo of him in the card, as these cards are keepsakes. The only disappointment was that I couldn’t get a gamer themed card. He is a very passionate gamer.
