Copyright © 2012 Socialite Designs. Photo of the famous Bounty tall ship which, regrettably, was capsized during the monster hurricane storm "Sandy" on October 29, 2012. Sadly, three lives were lost during this horrible incident. However, our memory of the ship remains as it was built in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia and also stared in several movies. This photo was taken during the 2009 Halifax, Nova Scotia Tall Ship Festival.
