Self care and positive head-space are absolute necessities, especially during these times! The time you're able to spend in the bath/shower is a great opportunity to rejuvenate, re-centre and relax. This phrase came to mind the 34th time my kindergartener came out of his room after bedtime one night (any other parents got me on this one?), and visited in my room "Cuz I wanna hang out, Mum!". But how do I explain to a sweet little kiddo that Mummy needs time for planning how to accomplish this "Life" thing ever since we escaped Human Trafficking, and that my partially disabled and aging body needs to soak and relax in order to recover from today and prepare for tomorrow?
