Bouquet garni, a classic French blend of aromatic herbs added to flavour soups, stews and stocks. 4 sprigs fresh Thyme or 1 tsp dried 4 sprigs fresh Parsley or 1 T dried 1 Bay Leaf, fresh or dried 1 sprig fresh Sage (optional) or ½ tsp dried Tie fresh ingredients together with cooking string or tie dry ingredients in cheesecloth bundle. Drop into simmering pot. Remove before serving. Other options include adding whole Black Peppercorns, Rosemary or Marjoram. Bundles of dried Bouquet garni make welcome gifts. Enjoy! The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
