This original heart shaped flame burning candle illustration on this wedding invitation was inspired while I was watching a red candle melt down. The red melting wax is slowly running down the side of the candle as it melts. The colourful red and yellow burning flame is a romantic heart shape. The flame represents a romantic and passionate burning love and that's why I titled the original illustration "Burning Love." The candle with heart shaped flame picture is painted in watercolor. This is an invitation to a wedding and the afters "do", but the text can be customised to suite a blessing invitation or civil ceremony an anniversary party, engagement party or any other special romantic occasion.
