This mug looks super, better than the picture. The design is very modern looking, kind of a toned down pop art feel. Even though it's a heart love mug the crisp cool design is suited well for both men and women. I'm giving five but this is based on the second try. They printed my first mug upside down! I emailed them and they fixed it, sent me the corrected mug and I did not have to go though any hassle with the old mug, I'll give it away to Goodwill or something (they love upside down mugs, right?). The correct finished product looks super. I chose the pure white (no trim) mug as I think it works best with this design.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
