Original Watercolor by Aleen Gladney - Inspired by the parable in Luke 15:4, this tender watercolor captures the quiet strength and compassion of the Shepherd who carries the lost sheep home. Viewed from behind, the Shepherd walks forward with steady purpose, the rescued lamb draped gently across His shoulders. The rich crimson garment symbolizes sacrifice and love, while the soft, muted earth tones evoke humility and peace. The absence of facial detail invites the viewer to step into the scene personally — to see themselves as the one carried, protected, and restored. Loose watercolor washes and intentional drips create movement and emotion, reminding us that grace meets us in the mess and brings us safely home. This piece speaks to redemption, pursuit, and unconditional love — a powerful visual reminder that no one is forgotten, and no one is too far to be found. Perfect for a prayer room, living space, nursery, or as a meaningful gift for someone walking through a season of restoration.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning! The print is precise, clear and of an excellent standard. It was cleverly packaged so there wasn’t a blemish or crease. Perfect!
