Haystack Rock, Oregon Announcement Postcard

"Haystack Rock from Ecola State Park, Oregon #1" ~ photograph by Miriam A Kilmer ~ The Pacific Coast in Oregon is among the most beautiful and dramatic places I have ever visited. Ecola State Park is a wonderful area, with tall Sitka spruce towering overhead, gorgeous views of the ocean from a cliff overlooking Haystack Rock, and a beach with tidal pools where unusual marine life can be found. Lucky visitors may catch a glimpse of wild elk. My enjoyment of the parks many features was limited by my mobility problems, but I was very glad I made the effort to see and photograph what I could. On the back is my photo of wild puffins and sea gulls nesting on Haystack Rock, Oregon.
