Harborside | Nautical Lobster 5x7 Return Address Envelopes

We love the envelopes, however... we made the mistake of misspelling a few things on our return address, making the envelopes unusable :( (this is what happens when you rush without editing..) However, because of zazzle's 100% satisfaction promise, we were able to get a refund for the envelopes. The customer service rep was great and responded to my request within an hour of my sending it. The refund was credited to my account the same day! You can't beat that customer service! Quality it great, the printing isn't smudged. There isn't gold foil or anything overly dramatic, but for a budget friendly return address envelope, it's great! My only set back, is that I wish zazzle had spell check in the text boxes!

The design is lovely, unfortunately the quality of the envelopes were atrocious... the packaging for them shrunk and started curving the envelopes in the plastic. The paper quality is super thin, and most deteriorated on the edges, causing it to break or appear white (see pictures). The prints for the invitation themselves also had similar issues which made them look very cheap. Unfortunately my partner and I need to send invites ASAP, so we had to cop it and didn't proceed with an exchange. Super unfortunate as the designs were great!

The most beautiful envelopes! They came on time and were high quality (I paid slightly extra for the linen texture).
