Happy 4th of July - Text Banner on Blue Card

This is a Happy 4th of July Day card in the colours of the American Flag. It features the text Happy 4th of July set against a blue background. The blue background is interspersed with some silver sparkle effect star burst decorative elements which look like celebratory fireworks. Please note that all the silver sparkle effect elements were created digitally. The word 'Happy' is written in a fun script font in red with a white outline and some silver sparkle effect dots. There is also a slight silver sparkle effect edge to the word above and to the right. The text '4th of JULY' is presented like a banner across the card, with square text areas for the text. The banner design is in red, white and blue, with a couple of squares in blue with white stars, and a couple with red and white stripes. Each square is outlined with a silver sparkle effect.
