User error apparently, cards did not have the Christmas message across the photo I chose. With other sites, there was a chance to proof the card before it was printed. The cards arrived quickly. The photo didn't go to the edge of the card so another pic was visible on the sides. Arrived in a damaged enveloped causing several cards to have jagged edges. Back and forth, didn't want to refund any of my money. Told them I used Groupon, and I was not "100% satisfied" like their company promise. They offered credit-no thank you. I said I would eat the price of Groupon so only got refunded above what Groupon covered. Meanwhile, I ordered more cards from them (due to quick service and it was much too late by this time!) I will go to my previous supplier for my next order. The heavy cardboard type paper only allows for muted colors and not appealing to the eye.
