Ha-Ari Sephardi Shul - Tzfat Coffee Mug

A view of the inside of the Ari-Sephardi Synagogue on the holy city of Tzfat (Safed). Customisable text reading,"HaAri Synagogue - Tzfat" also appears. You may add additional text on the reverse side. There are two synagogues in Tzfat which bear the name of the holy Ari (Rabbi Isaac Luria), one, the Ashkenazi synagogue was built two hundred years after his time,the other, the Sephardi synagogue was where he studied Torah and Qabbalah and prayed. The synagogue is the oldest in Tzfat dating from as early as 1522. A small room near the bima is where the Ari is said to have been visited by the prophet Elijah.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
