The Guanaco or Lama guanicoe is the wild relative of the llama and alpaca native to South America especially the Andes, Peru, Chile and Argentina. It is likely that llamas and alpacas were bred from guanacos. This unique natural history image has been carefully digitally adapted from an antique engraving in our own collection. The text and the color of the background circles are customizable in the customization options. Any of those elements can also be removed if desired.
