Grief Dump Notepad for grief after an event

Use this tear away notepad to scribble down all of the things that are bothering you as you handle grief from an event or events in life. This is one of my tools I created for myself after dealing with the grief of losing my Dad and the following grief of family trauma at the funeral. I did not want a diary or a book but rather just a page I could rage on. I could dump out all of my negative thoughts. Then I could even tear it up after as therapy for myself. You can also use the notepad to write down anything else that you're thinking or feeling, no matter how big or small.
