I am extremely disappointed in this product. The so-called "color changing" coffee mug does NOT change colors at all. I wrote and complained but was told I had to pay the shipping to get it and would have to pay the shipping to send it back. That is the entire cost of the product to begin with. Extremely poor service. I was told by Zazzle that they do not "name" the products. Again, this is a poor way to do business. No I would not recommend this product or using Zazzle. Simplistic....but that had nothing to do with the product itself. I think any human being in the whole would agree that one has the right to expect a color changing coffee mug to actually change colors. Otherwise, it's just a LIE.

I still have not found quite the mug i want. So I am giving all 3 cheshire cat morphing mugs to my dear friend, whose mug no longer 'morphs'. She's got to like one of them Surely!! If not i'll enjoy them myself. Exactly as i expected. I love these morphing mugs.
