a photo, shot on a bright sunny day, of the greys harbour lighthouse, westport, wa, usa. done in infra b&w with higher contrast to enhance the shadows and lines. the two little "pegs" in front of the small building at the bottom are people which gives the scale. text on the back of the card reads, "at 107ft this is the tallest lighthouse in washington and third largest on the u.s. west coast. it began service in 1898 and in 2004 the westport-south beach historical society was granted ownership via the lighthouse preservation act to keep this wonderful piece of history available to all. the two little "pegs" in front of the small building at the bottom are people which gives the scale."
